As a Window Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. Your role involves ensuring the windows are spotless, free of streaks, and safe to maintain. You will use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean windows in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings, ensuring they are streak-free and spotless.
  • Use specialized equipment, such as squeegees, extension poles, and ropes for high-rise window cleaning.
  • Ensure the safe handling and use of cleaning solutions, ensuring windows are cleaned without damage.
  • Perform thorough inspections of windows for any damage or areas that require additional attention.
  • Remove dirt, dust, and debris from window tracks, ledges, and frames.
  • Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts when needed for high-rise or hard-to-reach windows.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use protective gear while working at heights.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule regular window cleaning services and special requests.
  • Keep accurate records of completed jobs, including work done, time spent, and any issues encountered.

Skill & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise window cleaning.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment suitable for various types of windows.
  • Experience using ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, and other equipment for high-rise window cleaning.
  • Understanding of safety protocols, especially when working at heights or with chemical cleaning solutions.
  • Good physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that require reaching, bending, and lifting.
