As a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing thorough cleaning services for homes, apartments, and office spaces during tenant transitions. Your role includes deep cleaning of all surfaces, ensuring the space is fresh and ready for new occupants or when vacated.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep cleaning of homes, apartments, and office spaces before new tenants move in or after tenants move out.
Clean all areas including floors, walls, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
Remove any remaining debris or trash from the property.
Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and light fixtures.
Dust and vacuum all areas, ensuring a fresh and clean environment.
Clean carpets, upholstery, and other soft furnishings as needed.
Ensure that all high-traffic areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Perform a final inspection to ensure all areas are spotless and ready for new occupants.
Communicate with property managers or tenants to schedule cleaning times and ensure satisfaction.
Use eco-friendly and safe cleaning products when requested by clients.
Skill & Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in move-in/move-out cleaning or general cleaning services.
Knowledge of various cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties.
Ability to clean and sanitize different surfaces and materials, such as carpets, tile, and hardwood.
Experience with deep cleaning tasks like oven cleaning, window washing, and carpet cleaning.
