Job Description

As a Post-Construction Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning newly built or renovated spaces after construction or renovation work is completed. Your role ensures that the space is free from debris, dust, and construction residues, making it ready for occupancy or further finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove construction debris, dust, and leftover materials from the site.
  • Clean windows, walls, floors, and all surfaces to remove dust and marks.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities within the property.
  • Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors to eliminate all dust and dirt left from construction work.
  • Remove any paint splatters or adhesive residue from windows, floors, or other surfaces.
  • Wipe down all surfaces such as baseboards, cabinets, and fixtures.
  • Clean air vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans to remove construction dust.
  • Dispose of waste and trash properly, following environmental safety standards.
  • Prepare the space for final inspection, ensuring it meets the client’s expectations.
  • Report any issues or damages that require attention to the project manager or property owner

Skill & Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in post-construction or general cleaning services.
  • Knowledge of construction debris, dust removal techniques, and cleaning methods.
  • Ability to handle heavy-duty cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Experience working in newly built or renovated spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the space is spotless and ready for use
